    At the same time, we're looking to hire pretty quickly, with a target start date of Monday, January 11th.

    So here's the hiring timeline that we're looking at:

    - Step 1: Complete this application (Now thru December 17th by 12pm EST)

    - You'll be notified as to whether you've made it to step 2 on December 18th

    - Step 2: Assignment to complete a series of tasks (December 18th thru December 21st)

    - You'll be notified as to whether you've made it to step 3 on December 22nd

    - Step 3: Complete and submit assessments and references (December 23rd thru 28th)

    - You'll be notified as to whether you've made it to step 4 on December 29th

    - Step 4: Interview with SDB-Consulting team (December 30 thru 31st)

    - You'll be notified as to whether you've made it to step 5 on January 1st

    - Step 5: Interview with Steve (January 4th thru 5th )

    - You'll receive a job offer on January 6th with a start date of Monday, January 11th.
