The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Police Athletic League (PAL) receives funding from the Juvenile Welfare Board of Pinellas County (JWB) for the program that has or will serve your child or teen. In return for this funding, we agree that our program will be evaluated by JWB. All information will be kept confidential and will be used only for the purpose of evaluating the program and measurable outcomes.
Please enter the adults (over the age of 18) to pick up your child.
PAL Member Expectations
Below are the Lealman Sports Complex PAL Member Expectations. Please go over these with your child.
Follow all PAL rules regardless of age. All participants must sign in when they arrive at PAL.
No in and out. Once you are here you must stay until your parent picks you up.Respect, listen and obey all PAL staff members.
Respect other PAL members and their belongings.
Demonstrate good behavior and manners at ALL times while at PAL.
No open-toed shoes. Tennis shoes should be worn at all times for foot protection at all centers, at the park, and during all sports activities.
All PAL participants are responsible for any money brought to PAL.
NO fighting, wrestling, bullying, or violent contacts with any other PAL members or park attendees. Could result in suspension.
Destruction of PAL property will NOT be tolerated.
PAL members must stay with their group at all times including Field Trips and Special Events.
Participants at PAL may NOT raise their voices to PAL staff members, argue with staff or cause inappropriate conflict with PAL staff members at any time or at any events.
NO stealing of any kind (AUTOMATIC SUSPENSION). If it is NOT yours, do NOT touch it.
No standing or horse playing while riding in PAL vehicles.
No contact with coaches outside of PAL.All PAL participants must sign in when they arrive at PAL.
Food is available every day. We eat in the game room or breezeway.
The dress code is the same at school. Can you wear it to school? Then you can wear it to PAL.Failure to follow these rules will result in disciplinary measures.
The inability of the participant to conform to the established expectations will result in the notification to the parent/guardian. Pinellas Sheriff’s PAL reserves the right to dismiss any participant.
