Once completed please submit below. After your information has been reviewed we will be in touch to schedule your pup's Meet & Greet Evaluation. If you are interested in Day Camp, Private Boarding, or Check-in Services additional waiver forms will be sent to you for completion.
We are currently operating by appointment only, we ask that you do not stop by unless you have a confirmed appointment with us for a scheduled service, meet & greet, or trial evaluation stay.
Payment: We accept Cash, Credit, and Electronic Payments (Venmo, Cashapp, and PayPal). Day Camp Services can be paid for at Pick-Up, or you can purchase one of our VIP Bundles (Very Important Pup) ahead of time which includes a discount for multiple days. Payment is due in full at the end of all services.
Deposits: Boarding Stays over 3 nights require a 20% deposit, due upon booking. This amount will be invoiced seperately and deducted from your final bill. During peak holidays and holiday weekends (New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas) there is a 3 night minimum stay requirement. Deposits paid for holiday stays are non-refundable. Outside of peak holidays, you have 24 hours before your confirmed drop-off time to cancel and receive a full refund on your deposit. Please note: We do not schedule drop-off's or pick-up's on major holidays but will always do our best to accommodate your schedule.
