General Guidelines - IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW:
10 x 10 white tents are required. Per City Enforcement please bring tent, weights, sides, outdoor extension cords, and lighting for your booth.
Savannah Waterfront Association determines booth location once vendor is accepted and payment is received.
Food vendors must plan on being there for the entirety of the event.
The event will be held rain or shine. The Savannah Waterfront Association reserves the right to relocate food vendors to another area if weather conditions so require.
Post all prices for items at your food booth. No food vendor may produce or sell any merchandise, apparel or promotional items with the Christmas on the River logo or wording without prior consent.
We will have a cleaning service contracted at no additional charge to vendors to help dispose of trash throughout the festival. However, food vendors are responsible for disposing of any remaining trash. Designated dumpsters are located on Abercorn Street Ramp. Do not dispose of trash in River Street trash cans.
Vendors are responsible for cleaning underneath their booth (plaza surface) during breakdown (i.e.: grease, oil, etc.)
Per city regulation cleaning chemicals may not be used on River Street. In addition, no waste (food or otherwise) may be disposed of in any manner that may lead to run off into the river. Please clean equipment off premises.
All signage must be professionally printed and produced; no handwritten signage is allowed.
Food vendors may sell non-alcoholic Coke™ beverages only. If you would like to sell Coke™ products, please let us know one week prior to the event. Click here for a list of Coke™ products. No glass containers are permitted for sale.
Savannah Waterfront Association does not provide generators for this event. For all rental generator needs, please contact Kevin Chmela at Yancey at email@example.com or 912.844.5524.
