This form is the first part of a three part agreement, to ensure we both have a shared understanding of expectations. The second form is about the design requirements for your prints, and the third part is our terms of service. When you approve both forms, they will be converted to pdfs, along with our Terms of Service, and will serve as a contract between us.
This form and the next will be editied by both of us until you are satisfied.
Important: Once you accept a form, nothing that isn't included in it will be part of our contract. Once approved, the information in each of the two forms and our Terms of Service will supercedes anything verbally communicated, or any text, email or other forms of communication. So when you agree that a form is complete please be sure everything you want is included in the form.
In the meantime, while we are working out the details, you may change or add anything up to the point that you approve and submit. You will be notified each time I make a change, and please click the link to the form, rather than reply to the email, for the reasons abovel
