$230.00 monthly Premium Coaching: Hand crafted weekly training plan fully customizable to meet the athletes goals and schedule. Unlimited adjustment. Full data analysis, power training, run, swim and bike pace training, heart rate based training, performance management chart, annual training plan, and eligible for free membership to Latitude Masters Swimming Club (USMS membership required) $89.00 monthly Flexible Coaching: Custom 2 week training plan, moderate adjustments, effort & RPE (rate of perceived exertion) training, Heart Rate training, and built to meet your daily life schedule and responsibilities. $69.00 monthly Standard Coaching: Custom 4 week training plan, limited adjustments, effort & RPE (rate of perceived exertion) training.
