Welcome to the Blue Community Assessment for Lodges, Hotels and Resorts. It is our hope that this survey will provide the opportunity to showcase your sustainable tourism initiatives and give you insight into areas where you can challenge your organization to pursue even higher sustainability standards.

The oceans are under increasing threats from pollution, over fishing, impacts of climate change including coral bleaching, ocean acidification, and increased storm intensity. Coastal communities, where many resorts are situated, are threatened by these negative externalities and we believe that sustainable tourism is one of the best ways to encourage environmental protection, livelihood development and sustainable resource management.

Please do you best to answer each question as accurately and completely as possible. There are 365 questions and it may take you a couple of hours to complete. If you need to take a break, your responses are recorded and you can continue where you left off.
