Florida Coastal Prep Mission Statement:

BRFA. Be Ready For Anything. We are a startup with a mission to disrupt the post grad/prep school industry by offering best in class housing, coaching, travel, customer service, and college placement. We need good people.

We are operating as a startup and have the potential to grow into a full time campus with facilities in the near future. We work everyday towards that goal while also making sure we take care of our current players. Our players and staff are our number one priority.

Where do you fit in? That depends on your goals. This is a hard job. You will have early mornings and late nights. We will have challenges and difficulties that we cannot anticipate. There will be last minute adjustments. We do not want anyone that is negative. We do not have time. We only want solution minded people in our organization. Complainers need not apply; negative people need not apply; job jumpers that move from one spot to another please do not apply. 

We are building a team and an organization that will change the landscape of prep schools and post grad academies. We are doing it the hard way; day by day - player by player - brick by brick. There is no short cut here.

If you are fine with everything that has been said so far then our next statement may change your mind. Please understand that we cannot pay you what you are worth right now. We are building everything into the future. We are a startup and operate mostly on volunteer hours with housing and meals in certain circumstances. A stipend is always possible, but not a guarantee.
