Dress Code Policy: Volunteers are welcome to express themselves through cosplay and dress in general, but you will still need to be identifiable as an event volunteer. We will provide you with a t shirt that should be visible while on shift. We also ask that volunteers maintain a level of dress that is consistent with convention standards. Customer Service Policy: Guest and volunteer experience is our primary concern during the event. To this end we ask that all volunteers act in a professional manner when interacting with guests. Please use "Please" and "Thank You", smile and offer assistance. If a guest asks something you can not accommodate or answer, please seek out a member of the management team. Conflict of Interest Policy: We know that you work on your cosplay for months. The attention to detail is very impressive. However, volunteers can not participate in the cosplay contest, or any other ClarksvilleCon sponsored contest. Do you understand this policy? *
