Additional Information and Requirements
EVENT SET UP INSTRUCTIONS: Final instructions will be emailed out by September 30, 2019.
ADVERTISING: The festival will be featured on various social media platforms as well as print and radio.
LIABILITY INSURANCE: Vendor is required at its sole cost and expense to carry and maintain, for the mutual benefit of itself, Shawnee Mall Owner LLC, its officers, agents and employees, a policy of general liability insurance against claims for personal injuries, wrongful death or property damage occurring on or about the Premises. Please follow the coverage amounts and additional insured information provided on the example certificate at the end of this document.
SITE FEE: Site Fee is 10% of sales during the event. All money received from food trucks will be donated to Pott. Co. United Way. A letter will be provided for tax purposes.
DOCUMENTS: Food Service License (Oklahoma State Health Department issued), Photo of set up, menu and City of Shawnee Food Truck Permit. The city permit can be presented the day of the festival before set up.
