1. The youth artist and parent/adult guardian must be present both days at their assigned booth throughout the Market weekend.
2. Artists must exhibit work for sale and include only traditional Spanish colonial artwork made by the artist in the category(ies) in which they have been mentored by a juried Market artist in that category(ies). NO posters or self-published materials are allowed for sale or display. The Artist may not sell goods that are counterfeits, copies, reproductions, imports or machine-made except as permitted in the Guidelines. Each artist must display and sell only his or her own original, handmade goods. No other items may be sold. Failure to comply will result in exclusion at future markets.
3. Neither the Spanish Colonial Arts Society nor any of its officers, agents, employees, volunteers or other representatives shall be held liable for, and the same are hereby released from, accountability or liability for any damage, loss or injury to the person or any property of the Artist, or any of its officers, agents, employees or other representatives, resulting from theft, fire, water, accident or any other cause and the Society will not obtain insurance against such damage, loss or injury. I also agree to take responsibility for the booth area and any damages that occur in my assigned space during the course of the Market weekend.
4. No radios, televisions, or other electronic devices that are disruptive to others are permitted at Market.
By signing this document and submitting payment, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this contract and acknowlegding that you've read and understand all terms.
