[SCOR] Service Center Operations Report

The SCOR report is used by Field Managers and Training & Standards to review compliance oversight and identifying training opportunities. It's important to remember to answer each question accurately and honestly. Our goal is to ensure all our centers are in full compliance with state regulations and provide our customers with the best experience possible.

Tips:

Print out a paper copy of the SCOR - The paper copy will serve as a back up if you experience internet and/or cell phone coverage difficulties. A paper copy is available to print/download on the LMG Training & Standard Employee Website.
If a question type is not supported by your State or Brand choose "Not Applicable".
Confirm the results are shown after each submission - Once a SCOR is submitted the results can be found on the LMG Training & Standards Employee Website (www.lmg-field-intranet.com) under the 'SCES' section.
Bring extra equipment with you (if possible) - To avoid shipping fees and possible customer rescheduling, it's best that you have equipment with you in case something needs to be replaced.
Don't rush - Try to schedule your SCOR visit on a day with many different service types so you can observe as much as possible.
CHECK CALIBRATION EQUIPMENT - This is one of the most important things we do and should not be overlooked.
