Guidelines for claiming Hui-ā-Tau expenses

Please be noted that this form is to claim travel costs (eg. mileage) for repsentatives only.

For representatives who are entitled to travel by air but choose to drive their personal vehicle, only the lesser amount between the equivalent airfare and actual mileage can be claimed.

For meals/allowances etc, you need to go to your respective KP/AT/Branch or Area Council to submit Form-A_Hui-a-Tau-expense-claim. Please read Finance-Guide-for-Hui-a-Tau-2025 for detailed instructions.

Please be noted that observers can only submit Form-A_Hui-a-Tau-expense-claim to their KP/AT/Branch or Area Council.

Attendees should submit this form before 5 October. Late submissions will not be processed.

Attendees can claim:

- mileage travelled to and from the venue

- other travel costs incurred (eg: parking at the airport)
