I give Rayelle Photography LLC aka Rayelle Albright and anyone present with her permission to photograph my minor and or me and use edited images and behind the scene videos on all social media/online platforms and websites!

I fully understand and comprehend that Rayelle Photography LLC aka Rayelle Albright and any helpers are NOT responsible or reliable for any accidents before, during or after sessions.

*I Understand this is not a normal session it is a Media Day meaning it is a fun and creative session so images are creative and not just a posed photo. *Participants choose their own poses they want, so if you want a certain pose make sure they know. *There are NO refunds!!! *I understand the photographer/helper can not control the weather! They cannot control wind! They can not control the fog on windy days! So the looks of photos will not all be the same! *There is NO reediting of any images. *I agree NOT to message/text/call and or email asking when the images will be done before the 4 weeks of session taking place mark. *I understand Rayelle will tell whoever set/organized the session up the information of when the images are done with the code NOT each individual participant. *I understand these are DIGITAL images and not actual prints. *I understand I will NOT get RAW/unedited images I will only get edited images. ****Amount of images depend on how many each participant takes. I understand the photographer can not force child to do any x amount of photos if they do not want to listen and do them. Photographer is not at fault for child not wanting to do photos. *Edited Images will be delivered in an online gallery that you download straight to your computer! If you download to a phone quality wont be near as good. Online labs like mpix.com and nationsphotolab.com are good to print from. But it is VERY important to download original size or image to your computer! *Payment is due DAY OF SESSION in full! Cash is preferred, Venmo is accepted if talked about before hand!

No other photographers are allowed to be present taking photos during the session. No other cameras are allowed to be out taking photos at a media day! Cell phone bts videos and photos are allowed!

I will not throw or misuse props. I agree that if I break a prop I will be responsible for replacing and buying new.
