  • Uniform Agreement

    • Concert uniforms will be issued to students in November-December and they will take the uniform home for the concert band season. The student will be responsible for the uniform and will return them in April.
    • Detailed instructions on the care of the concert uniform will be sent home at the time the uniform is issued.
    • Students will be held financially responsible for the uniforms and all components.

    If the uniform, or any part of the uniform, is lost, missing, or damaged (including, but not limited to, any kind of tear, stain, fading or deformity) a fee will be charged to replace that piece of the uniform. The fees are listed below:

    • Concert Dress: $90
    • Tuxedo Jacket: $110
    • Tuxedo Pants: $50
    • Bow tie: $10
    • Cummerbund: $10
    • Concert uniform hanger: $5

    A FINANCIAL HOLD WILL BE PLACED ON THE STUDENT UNTIL THE FEES ARE PAID IN FULL FOR THE DAMAGED or MISSING UNIFORM.

  • Must be a Member to vote on Band Booster issues.

    We encourage every family to support the band by joining the CRHS Band Boosters. Your tax deductible donation will give you a voice and vote in the organization while also helping support the band beyond the mandatory fees. Your donations help our organization purchase marching shows (music and drill), Encore costumes, instruments, props, flags, pay technician and clinician costs and many more items.

  • Volunteering

  • Adult involvement is vital to the operation of the Cougar Band program. We need everyone’s participation in order to be successful. Even if your time is very limited, there are numerous ways in which you can help to make the Cougar Band program excel! Your time, talents and abilities are greatly needed and appreciated.

    Did you know we need to fill more than 1000 volunteer slots during the marching season?
    Every Band Family is asked to commit to at least one volunteer area (and hopefully more).

  • If paying by cash or check, place payment in an envelope with student's name and "Post Money Day" written on outside. Place the envelope in the Band Hall safe. Hit the yellow "Submit" button.

    If paying by credit or debit card, you will be taken to the online payment screen after hitting the yellow "submit" button.

    You will see a "Thank You" screen upon successful submission of your form.
