Join Jennifer Green, level 5 AntiGravity fitness instructor for a Level 2 Aerial Yoga workshop that combines the strength of Aerial Arts with the flow of traditional Yoga.

With the assistance of a Aerial Hammock for suspension, many traditional poses are facilitated providing exceptional core strength and stretch gains with minimal compression and discomfort. The class incorporates levitating meditations, full body inversions, flowing spinal traction, supported sun salutations, joint opening poses, and a floating savasana.

*Mixed level workshop. Progressions will be added to the level 1 movements learned by currently practiceing students and additional training on inversions and their benefits will be reviewed with respect to the complete
mind/body connection. Namaste!
