Photo-shoot Deposit and Contract
Deposits are strictly non-refundable unless photoshoot is cancelled by photographer Johnny Armaos. Amount of deposit paid is deducted from the final package price. Remainder of payment to be made at the time of the photoshoot preferrably with cash. This contract between Johnny Armaos, also doing business as Hellcat A-Go-Go Studios, and you, the model/client, shall not become effective until it is signed and the initial deposit due has been paid. At the time the contract takes effect, Johnny Armaos, also doing business as Hellcat A-Go-Go Studios, shall reserve the date, time and location agreed upon, and not make any other reservations or accept any other clients for said date and time. For this reason, in the event that you the model/client cancels the contract for any reason, the monies paid for this deposit shall be retained by Johnny Armaos, also doing business as Hellcat A-Go-Go Studios, in order to offset his/its loss of business. Photoshoots at our Ledyard CT studio location may be postponed by model/client and deposit transferred to a later date if needed, provided there is 48 hour notice. Less than 48 hour notice by model/client will result in a forfeiture of this deposit as a booking fee and may not be transferred to any later date. Location photoshoot deposits not at our Ledyard CT studio location is also strictly non-refundable AND non-transferrable if model/client cancels within 10 days prior to photoshoot.
