For us to be able to find the best foster home for your dog we need as much information as possible.

Before your dog is surrendered you MUST be able to provide the below or we might not be able to take in your dog.

1. Proof that the dog is microchipped in your name (i.e. certificate of registration)

2. If you're not the legal owner but have permission to surrender dog from owner a STATUTORY DECLARATION will be required and signed by you on drop off.

3. Provide any or all VET history paperwork available.

4. Your dog must be washed and any belongings like bedding, leads, bowls or toys to come along.
