Conditions of Acceptance *
I agree to the following Conditions of Acceptance:
1. Upon acceptance as a stallholder, payment is due to Churton Park Craft Market by 16 October 2026.
2. The market runs 2-5pm with set up from 1pm. Please remain trading until 5 pm. Pack out must be completed by 5.45pm.
3. Please ensure your stall is well presented with a floor-length cloth and surplus stock stored under the table.
4. Do not attach anything to the walls and remove all your rubbish at the end of the market. There are no facilities for rubbish disposal on site.
5. As a stallholder, you accept full responsibility for your own product and property.
6. Churton Park Craft Market will not be held responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused to or by the stallholder’s product or property.
7. Although we try to limit the number of stalls selling similar products, this is not guaranteed.
8. We have arranged reserved parking for drop off stalls, goods etc between 1pm and 1.45pm. Please off load your items and then immediately move your car off site. There will be people to take care of your items whilst you move your car.
Health and Safety *
I agree with the following Health and Safety Requirements:
1. The emergency exits are to be kept clear at all times.
2. In the case of an emergency that requires evacuating the building, the assembly point is the tennis courts at the front of the school buildings.
3. The organisers (Churton Park Craft Market) will not be responsible for any legal requirements relating to the products sold by the stallholders. These include food and hygiene regulations, health and safety, copyright, etc.
4. Stallholders must comply with WCC Health & Safety Regulations. Any compliance documentation must be displayed prominently.
5. All appliances connecting to a power source at the venue must be “tagged” by a certified electrician, verifying they are safe to use.
6. Stallholders are only permitted to sell products as described in their application form.No alcohol, illegal products, or offensive material shall be sold. The organisers have the right to stop the sale of products that they deem inappropriate.
7. Stallholders are responsible for maintaining appropriate behaviour in and around the premises.
8. Please leave Amesbury School equipment and belongings in situ and intact.
9. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the school premises or grounds.
