Terms & Conditions - Upon receipt of your acceptance of the terms and conditions of our engagement for a consulting session of your choice, a professional engagement is initiated. You will be redirected to our online calendar to set up your appointment with us. Our approach with any type of consultation is to provide advice that includes identifying and addressing issues you may not have considered, referring you to relevant sources for supplemental information where available, and setting you on the right track. We do not suggest that all problems can be solved, or all situations fully handled within the constraints of this service. To make effective use of time, you should be prepared and have your questions drafted as completely as possible, and provide all relevant background information. We will then review the provided information and request to clarify relevant facts where applicable. Tax advice and consulting services provided pertain to client-specific situations and scenarios discussed in the consulting session(s) and may not apply if any of the circumstances known or unknown at the time of the session, including the client's tax situation and residency status changes. If your situation requires additional services offered by our firm, you will be advised. This is a Paid Telephone/online consultation session. In the event you decide to receive further consultations and require additional professional service after this consulting session, our standard hourly rate of $525 + HST will apply and where applicable flat fees will be provided for certain engagements.
