Fort Wayne Fright Fest (FWFF) is held at the Grand Wayne Convention Center at 120 W Jefferson Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46802
Vendors will be able to begin unloading Friday at noon. Black piping and curtains will be set up. Details and load in locations will be sent out in an email.
Vendors will be allowed into the Vendor area all evening Friday until the Vendor area closes to begin the VIP pre-party (starting at 9pm), to which vendors with badges are welcome!.
Vendors will be allowed into the Vendor area Saturday and Sunday 1-hour before opening. Vendors will NOT be permitted into the Vendor area after the Vendor area closes to the public without security present.
Vendor room hours open to the public. Saturday 10am to 7pm and Sunday 10am to 6pm.
Load out begins at 6pm on Sunday. Vendors will not be permitted to pack up early due to the safety of attendees and loading bays will not be accessible.
Electric is $30 for the weekend and due when the booth is paid for, if you decide at a later date you need power, it may or may not be accessible due to the floor set.
Payment is due in full to secure your space. $300 for a 10x10 space and $400 for a 10x20. Your vending fee includes two general admission passes to the event.
If you need to cancel, please email us ASAP and we will issue a 80% refund of your booth fee. No refunds will be issued after August 1st 2020.
Any damages to the convention hall or excessive mess will cause the vendor to incur a damage charge of no less than $50. No glitter or confetti permitted. No lit candles, incense, or sale of food items.
For the safety of our attendees, Fort Wayne Fright Fest reserves the right to conduct a criminal background check on vendors/presenters/performers, results of which will remain private. Fort Wayne Fright Fest reserves the right to revoke vendors/presenters/performers from the event.
By completing this form;
-I understand that by participating in FWFF, myself, my merchandise, and my staff may be subject to photography, video and audio recording, and otherwise reported on by the news and other media. FWFF has permission to publish photographs or images of my work, my booth, or of me/staff for purposes related to promotion of the event, past, present, and future.
-I acknowledge and agree that with my Indiana Tax License I am required by law to collect and remit Indiana sales taxes. FWFF is not responsible.
-I recognize and acknowledge that I assume full risk of any injury, property damage, or loss which I may sustain as a result of my participation in any and all activities connected with or associated with my participation in FWFF.
-Furthermore, I understand that I am responsible for proper insurance and protection of my work and setup even though it is not required by the event.
