38th Annual Kenai Peninsula Sport, Rec & Trade Show Application for Exhibitor Space.

The 38th annual Kenai Peninsula Sport Rec & Trade Show will be held May 2nd, 3rd & 4th, 2025 at the Soldotna Regional Sports Complex.

Returning Exhibitors have until 09/01/2024 to reserve their same space as the previous show. After 09/01/2024, first come first served.

A minimum deposit of $150 must accompany this application. All deposits are non-refundable. Exhibitor is to pay entire amount by April 1, 2025. Cancellations after 3/1/25 are also non-refundable.

Receive $50 off if paid in full by 12/01/24.

A doorprize is requested from each Exhibitor. Doorprizes will be announced during the show. If you plan to participate please bring your doorprizes to management upon opening of the show.

Exhibitors must comply with management move in times. No early move in will be permited. Move in times will be announced in April. Exhibitors must respect show hours. Early tear down will not be permitted.

Please note that management reserves the right to refuse booth rental at any time. We encourage all vendors to align with the theme of sports, recreation and outdoor activities.
