Meals MUST be paid for in advance for order confirmation.
Failure to pay means there is NO meal preparation for you.
Due to the high volume of meals, ONLY those who pre-order up to and including form submission date will be guaranteed meals.
PAYMENT - Upon submition of this form you will be required to make payment for your meal selection, using a valid credit card.
Incomplete or improperly completed forms may result in errors to your meal prep. PLEASE be sure to review your order prior to submitting.
Forms with errors may be subject to aditional admin fees to rectify.
Payments are non refundable after final order date of August 31th, 2019 11:59pm
Cancellation of order Prior to Cut off date, of August 31th, 2019 11:59pm, are refundable minus a 10% Admin Fee.
Meals not picked up at the pick up location - TBD, are considered forfeited and you understand and agree that due to the health and safety concern of fresh meals sitting out that we are legally required to throw them in the garbage, as it is unsafe to consume, when not properly stored for extended periods of time.
A reminder email will be sent to all those who ordered 3 days prior to first day of the event. Please ensure you have a VALID email that is SPELLED correctly on file.
At this time you will recieve notice of pick up location within hotel.
**Allergens - although we will do our best to accomodate any and all allergen requests, please be advised that meals are all prepared in the SAME kitchen there is a potential risk for cross contamination. Given the large volume of meals for this event we cannot guaranty your complete safety. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us to discuss.
