  • For the purposes of the Nippon Dynawave Packaging Co. (NDP) Chain of Custody certification and associated Due Diligence System (DDS), the following Supplier Declaration is provided.

    To the best of our company’s (the Supplier's) knowledge, the fiber/ raw material provided to NDP originates from the location(s) listed below.  Additionally, the species and products supplied to NDP are as indicated.

    Additionally, in support of the NDP DDS, it is acknowledged that a Dispute Resolution Process (DRP) is in place and may be accessed via the NDP Certification Representative.

  • Supplier acknowledges and declares that:

    a) to the best of the Supplier’s knowledge, the supplied material was sourced legally or harvested with authorization from the appropriate government agency (where required).

    b) as requested by NDP, the Supplier will make all reasonable attempts to provide information to identify the forest management unit(s) relating to the origin of the raw material (Forest Practice Permit number, Timber Brand/Mark, Forest Tenure number) and the whole supply chain of the supplied material.  It is acknowledged this will NOT include confidential financial information.

    c) for the purposes of the chain of custody certification, should an on-site inspection be required to confirm the fiber sourcing (i.e., geographic origin, legality of harvest, and/or supply chain), the Supplier/ Seller will provide reasonable assistance to facilitate the inspection by NDP or by a relevant third-party certification organization.

    d) should information from the Supplier change, (i.e., new source area, species, etc.), the Supplier will notify NDP and provide an updated Supplier Declaration.
