Rules and Guidelines

1. All volunteers must submit all required documentation prior to any events or volunteer services.

2. NO SHARING OF INFORMATION: Any information provided by Sleeve Sisters is confidential and all volunteers must sign a confidential form prior to any volunteer events or services.

3. No information provided to volunteers will be shared or verbal stated outisde of the organization.

4. Upon signing this volunteer application, volunteer(s) are expected to report to all delegated sites/duties specified by coordinator.

5. Volunteer(s) must call in within 48 hours of reported assigned or risk being dismissed from all duties with the organization.

6. Volunteer(s) will use an assigned email and phone extension specifically set up for the purpose no other than Sleeve Sisters business.

7. Volunteer(s) will not contact Sleeve Sisters' clients or outside resources if it does not pertain or benefit Sleeve Sisters organization.

8. Any violations of Sleeve Sisters' rules and guidelines, the volunteer is subject to discharge.
