This Talent Contract (the"Contract") is made and entered into on August 17, 2019 by and between Yut Chia , (the "Artist"),and Juan Carlos Guevara of Peekapose Productions (the "Client"). Peekapose Productions, henceforth known as “Client,” agrees to engage the services of Yut Chia, henceforth known as “Artist,” as an independent contractor for a performance at 122 West 26thStreet 4th Floor The Denzer building on September 14, 2019.Furthermore, the two parties agree to the following: Artist will perform his extravagant violin act for the Infinite Exposure Shows at The Dezer Building 122 West 26th Street , NY, New York 10001 on September 14, 2019, for the slot assigned during the runway show. The performance should last about 10 minutes. The time period estimated for the performance will be a 10 minute slot approximation between 5:00pm to 6:15pm. The slot will be more definite 1 day before the show date. The performance will specifically consist of the Performer Yut Chia energizing the crowd and doing what he does best.The Client will pay the Artist a total of $150 as compensation for this performance, payable via {check,cash, electronic payment etc.} and according to the following plan: A deposit of $50 will be made by August 23rd. The client will pay the remaining balance of $100 to Yut Chia at the conclusion of the event.Setup for the performance will be the responsibility of the Client.The Client will provide sound equipment. Mic/audio check will be done at 4:00pm when DJ is ready to check. Client will provide Yut Chia access to the venue before doors open. Makeup will be provided for Yut Chia if he arrives between 3pm and 3:30pm.Client will include Yut Chia with a front row (VIP)ticket for himself plus 1 so he can invite a guest. Must arrive by 4:00PM to guarantee front row.If Client cancels the performance with less than 2 days to go until performance date, he/she will pay Artist $100 total (This includes the deposit). If the Artist cancels the performance with less than 7 days to go until performance date, he/she will return the client any deposits made within 24hrs of the cancellation. This contract is enforceable according to the laws and regulations of the state of New York.

Terms and Conditions

PEEKAPOSE Productions reserves the right to use videos and photos for display and or promotional purposes. All video masters, raw footage and photographs remain the exclusive property of PEEKAPOSE Productions. The photographs, digital negatives or prints produced by the Photographer/Videographer are protected by International Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and the Photographer/Videographer retains the copyright to all photos and images produced. The Client may receive a copy of the hi-res digital photographs or video in digital form (google drive, dropbox or smugmug link) if it has been agreed upon as part of the contract. Video content may be aired on social media channels and cable television.

The Artist hereby grants Peekapose Productions and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs or videos of the event, its guests, attendees, and officials for editorial, trade,advertising, stock, commercial and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. The Artis thereby releases the Photographer/Videographer and his legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs or videos.

I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS EVENT, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained,or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently prepared or trained for participation in this activity, and have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this activity.I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by the event holders, sponsors, and organizers of the activity in which I may participate, and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said activity.I understand while participating in this activity, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the activity holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns. The Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT AND I SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREEWILL.
