    Thank you for applying for the Bacchus Marsh Christmas Festival - OUTDOOR STALLS - 14th December 2019

    Food Van Fee $85.00 + GST for 4m x 3m 

    When you have made your payment on your stall this will book your space for the market. 

    "Please note if we have a double up on your business or product we will refund you your back to your bank account  This will take 7 Day to clear.


    We do not give refunds back if you change your mind or double booked yourself. 

    When your stall has been approved by Webb's Event Group ptd Ltd  we will email you a welcome letter and stall number (This can take up to 7-12 business day from the form submitted,
