Students must have a verified mobility disability to participate in DSPS Mobility Services (Tram/cart pick-ups/drop-offs). Your mobility limitation must be indicated on your Academic Accommodation Plan (AAP). This is completed by providing an offiical verification of your mobility disability and meeting with a DSPS Counselor to have this disabiity included on your most recent AAP.
Use of the DSPS Tram van or DSPS Cart requires a verified mobility disability on file with the DSPS office and "Mobility Assistance" or "Tram Services" checked on your most current Academic Accommodation Plan (AAP). If you are not receiving DSPS services, do not have an AAP, and have not provided verification of a mobility related disability please contact the DSPS office at 209.588.5130 before completing this form.
Students will be picked up at designated pick up locations (see map on website).
Mobility services are available each Fall/Spring semester from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday; Summer Mobility services are available 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM M-Th only. Campus is closed on Fridays the month of May through the third week of August.
CALL-IN (unscheduled pick-ups) mobility services are subject to staff availability and are NOT guaranteed within a certain time frame. Students who choose not to submit a schedule of pick-ups/drop-off times may be required to wait.

Columbia College Security officers are the alternative transportation option; subject to their availability (209-566-5476).
By utilizing the DSPS Mobility Services at Columbia College, you have agreed to Read and Follow the DSPS Mobility Assistance guidelines (Tram Handbook). Paper copies of the "Tram Handbook" are avaialble in the Tram Van, DSPS Cart, or please check-in at the DSPS Window #2 in the upper Manzanita hallway or contact us at 209-588-5131 with any questions- we are happy to help!

Please note: the Tram is a busy service and will usually arrive within 5-10 minutes of your requested pick-up time. Please allow for this when choosing your pick-up time. If the Tram has not arrived within 10 minutes of your requested pick-up time, please call the Tram desk at 209.588.5131 or DSPS Front Desk at 209.588.5130 for assistance.
