We are NOT accepting owner surrenders or intaking strays.
If you need to surrender your cat or you have found a stray here are some alternate options:

We are located in Johnson County, Indiana and are unable to help Johnson County residents in other states. If you are located in a Johnson County that is not in Indiana, please do not fill out this form. Contact your local humane society or animal control to be directed to the resources closest to you.
At this time we are only able to provide services for Johnson County, IN. If you are located in Indiana but are outside Johnson County, please email us at tnr@jcccats.org and we can direct you to the nearest resources.
If you need a winter cat shelter DO NOT fill out this form. Instead go to jcccats.org and fill out our winter cat shelter form.
We are not currently able to go on site and trap community cats.

Appointments can still be made to spay/neuter and vaccinate community cats and barn cats but we will not be able to trap for you.

For all community cats we highly recommend contacting the Johnson County Animal Shelter as they may be able to provide trapping assistance and are likely to get the cats in for spay/neuter faster.

If about Community Cats, do you understand that all cats will be humanely trapped, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, ear tipped, and released back to the property?

For indoor cats: I attest and confirm that I cannot financially afford to take my pet to a full service veterinarian for spaying/neutering services and that spay/neuter through JCCC is my only option for getting my pet spayed/neutered.
