    TO's GNARLIEST CURATED POP-UP MARKET

WEIRDO MAKERS - RAD DIY - FUN TIMES - HOSTED AT THE LEGENDARY LEE'S PALACE
  • Hey Buds!

First things first, this is an APPLICATION, NOT a registration form. Filling this form out does not guarantee you a spot.

If you're selected we will be in touch with the next steps for you to officially register to vend and pay your table fees.

Re-sellers will NOT be accepted. So, if you sell Scentsy or Tupperware you need not apply.

    WE'RE INTO...
vinyl / record distro, screenprinting / apparel, vintage curators + collectors, fine art + prints, plants + home decor, patches + pins, zines / comic distro, jewelry + accessories, textile art,
    skincare / bath + body / DIY.

We're not looking for things that you'd find at the church bazaar.
If you're a weirdo maker, a chic as fuck hustler or anything in between, we want you.

Please note: weapons of any kind, (overly) graphic content and culturally appropriated goods are not permitted

DEADLINE TO APPLY: Tuesday September 17th, 11:59pm.
(don't sleep on it, when it's closed, it's closed!)

    MARKET DATE: Sunday October 27th, 11am - 5pm

LOCATION: Lee's Palace, 529 Bloor St. W, Toronto

    CONTACT: punkrockfleamarkettoronto@gmail.com

And, before you get started, let us introduce ourselves- we're a small group of old punk rockers turned business owners with a common goal of spreading the Punk Rock Flea Market love around. We've had great experiences attending + vending at the other PRFM's around Ontario, also curate and organize the PRFM in London, and are stoked to bring our very own vibes to Lee's Palace in Toronto.

We are Jon from Alive at Night, Shayna + Julie from Rebel Remedy + PRFMLDN.

If you can't fill in at least one of these spaces, you might as well stop now. Pop-Up markets depend largely on the social media interactions of their vendors, so some kind of business page is a must.
  • TABLE + VENUE INFO

  • SWAG SWAG SWAG:

Swag bags are a super successful aspect of many other markets. Swag at the door for the first 50 always brings a rush right off the hop, so let's all pitch in to make this happen! TO likes to sleep and brunch Sunday mornings. Let's get them to the PRFM!
  • It would be ideal to have us pitch-in anywhere between 25-50 items per vendor.
The items can be as simple as 50 stickers, or 25 patches and 25 1" buttons. Whatever works for you.
If it isn't obvious what business these items are coming from, attach a card with your info so you can make all the sales!

  • QUICK DRAW:

    (for fun)
  • Please Note:

    Vendor fees are NON REFUNDABLE

If you ARE accepted you will be contacted shortly with how to move forward.

If you're NOT accepted, you will be added to a wait list and will be contacted if there are any cancellations

    More info for all Vendors:

    • A floorplan will be provided in advance to the market
    • vendors must fit within the space provided (4 or 6 feet)
    • vendors are required to PROVIDE YOU'RE OWN table + chairs (unless you've chosen, or have been assigned a stationary bar table)
    • access to hydro isn't an option so we suggest battery operated lighting
    • some vendors will be set-up on stationary 4ftX2ft bar height tables
    • organizers reserve the right to move a vendors location- all and any requests for location will be considered but not guaranteed
    • As a vendor you are responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen merchandise during the event. Organizers + venue will NOT be held liable

If you're all good, by clicking the button below you agree - that your registration fee will only be refunded if Punk Rock Flea Market Toronto is cancelled - that Punk Rock Flea Market Toronto has the right to reject any vendor that they do not see fitting within the punk rock ethics of the event - and that you fully understand this agreement.
