You must complete this application in one sitting; it will take 45-60 minutes to complete, so plan accordingly.

The enclosed application provides ABSOLUTE Ministries with a resume of your life, family history, legal status, education, employment data, etc.

The applicant shall complete this form. At the end of this application, there will be a link to pay your application fee of $300 online ($250 App fee & $50 background check). A check can also be submitted later, or you can contact us to discuss other options after the completion of your application.
