Cancellation policy

All cancellation, transfer, and refund requests must be submitted in writing to Kristina Delaney at Kristina.Delaney@omya.com.
- Cancellations received on or before January 8, 2027 are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations received between January 9, 2027 and March 8, 2027 are eligible for a 50% refund or a registration deferral to the CCSMG 2028 Conference.
- No refunds will be granted for cancellations received on or after March 9, 2027.
- Attendee substitutions may be made at no additional charge with written notice prior to the conference.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
