Write a one-paragraph concise summary of your project. The proposed project or program should be one that will reach as wide a student population as possible, should be designed to purchase program materials and program presenters as opposed to classroom materials and furnishings that could be obtained through a school district budget request. Preference is given to projects with well-defined outcome expectations, and those that address state academic standard for proficiency in particular subject areas. Examples of previous programs approved by the Eagle Foundation include: Mobile Ag Lab, Visiting Author program, Read Across America, Hawk mountain field trips, run for Life, Aevidum. If you have questions as to whether your program fits our criteria, we encourage you to submit a Grant Application. We will consider all applications on their merits.

Describe your project in specific detail. Discuss methods, needed materials, resource personnel, tentative schedule, and anticipated project comletion date
How many people will be affected by your project? Explain how you arrived at this number.
EVALUATION: How will you determine if your objectives have been achieved? You will be required to submit a one page evaluation upon completion of your project.
