Weekly Time Log for Fall 2019 (September 4 - December 6)

* This is designed to record how participant spends their 18 hours each week, and any outcome of that week's study/research. Please complete the information requested for each week. For your information, you need to fulfill the requirement of a minimum 18 hours study and research per week to comply with J1 student visa regulation. That means, if you take two courses (6 hours), you will need to spend minimum 12 hours for your supplement instruction and independent project.
NOTE: For those who arrived here before September 4, you can fill it out starting from September 4. Otherwise, you can fill it out starting from the week that your program started.
