Visitor Verification Form
Visiting Sorors must provide proof of membership. Your membership verification letter is available via the Sisters Only Portal on the Sorority's national website or via the Delta App. To expedite check-in, complete the Visitor Verification Form in advance of your visit. Please submit your form no later than 11:59 p.m. on the Monday prior to each month's meeting to allow time for verification.

For the 2024-2025 Sororal Year, SM-LAC will observe the following meeting schedule:

- November 16, 2024 - Miller Grove High School
- January 18, 2025 - Miller Grove High School
- February 15, 2025 - Virtual
- March 15, 2025 - Miller Grove High School
- April 19, 2025 - Virtual

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS UPDATE

Please review the following information carefully prior to attending an in-person chapter meeting.
- Masks must be worn at all times while indoors, to include the duration of chapter meeting.
- Each soror will have her temperature taken prior to entry.
- We WILL NOT be able to observe social distancing at in-person chapter meetings due to projected attendance and venue capacity.
- Sorors must stay home if they or any member of their household is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, the flu or a cold.
- Sorors must stay home if they or any member of their household has tested positive for COVID-19, or is in isolation or quarantine.
In addition to adhering to COVID-19 protocols established by Grand Chapter, the Stone Mountain-Lithonia Alumnae Chapter will adhere to all local and state governmental guidelines regarding the COVID-19 virus. SM-LAC reserves the right to adjust its COVID protocols if conditions warrant revised guidance.
