I would like to take on the Food Leadership.Oversee the food and beverage preparation, be certain all food and beverages brought to the new place for the evening. Make certain everything is set up on time. After the meal is served, oversee everything being brought back to BUMC. (1 person needed every week)

I would like to Host for the evening.Responsible for bringing offering baskets from Broadmoor UMC to new space. Greet guests. Host the room by walking from table to table to see if anyone needs anything. Assist other volunteers. Might have to run and pick up last minute something from Grocery store or from the church. Be prepared to answer questions or to get the answer. At end of evening, thank guests for coming and send them off with a smile. After guests have left, enlist a lay volunteer to collect offering and place in offering bag. Lay volunteer and you ride back to Broadmoor UMC and place offering in vault. (1 person needed every week)
