    As an individual with many gifts, talents, professional/career associations, and ministry affiliations, As an RJOMF Volunteer Team Associate overseen by C2W Ministries International, will you be able to humbly be led by C2W leadership, mission and vision throughout the entire International mission tour (s), Enrichment program (s), Service(s), and yeild to clear Instruction?

    As an individual with many obligations, we understand unplanned events happen; however, commitment is vital. As a Volunteer Team Associate your commitment is cherished, we've outlined a few major commitment expectations.

    International Mission commitment:

    1. To participate in fundraisers (which will offset your expenses)

    2. To participate in the Air Flight tickets pay plan if warranted 

    3. To participate in Team meetings

    Mission Tours

     

    TEAM Associate Responsibility:

    • Food and lodging expenses
    • Proper attire 
    • Passport & Visa (*start process by May)
    • Immunization shots (*start process by June)
    • Refrain from providing your personal information while on the mission trip
    • Refer all your question(s) while on the mission trip to the C2W rep Selected
    • Stay with the team at all times while on the mission trip
    • Refrain from making any promises, including financial, time, and/or support to those you engage while on a mission trip
    • Your flexibility is vital along with communication during planning
    • Provide your full name and date of birth for air flight tickets *make sure your info is identical to your passport/ID

    RJOM in collaboration with C2W Ministry Responsibility:

    • Provide a well-planned mission tour
    • Focus on safety first
    • Vet each contributing ministry to the best of our ability
    • Provide approx. air flight & lodging fees in a timely fashion
    • Provide helpful details on retaining Passport & Visa 
    • Provide helpful details on retaining Immunization shots 
    • Provide Departure and Arrival itinerary 
    • Provide missions tour itinerary (*subject to change)

     Travel Details:

    👉As a team associate, you'll be asked to meet the team at a specified airport. *For safety reasons, we recommend traveling internationally as a team and NOT separately

    In most cases, we've found International travel it is often best to have the entire team meet at JFK International Airport. *you may have to fly and connect with the TEAM there

    👉Why is it important to travel as a TEAM?

    To avoid multiple arrival times if possible. *crucial safety component arriving, especially in Africa
