KHS Homecoming Carnival Entry Form

Please complete this entry form to host a booth at the Keller High School Homcoming Carnival on Saturday, October 16, 2010 from 9 am to 1:00 pm (Homecoming football game is at 2:00). ALL ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED BY FRIDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2010. All KHS clubs and organizations (student and parent groups), KHS feeder schools, and community organizations/businesses are welcome to have a booth.

KHS Student Council will sell tickets for fifty cents each that will be used to purchase your service/item from your booth. You decide how much to charge for participation or purchase at your individual booth. At the end of the carnival, you will submit all of your tickets. KHS Student Council will then return your profits minus twenty percent, up to $60 maximum (ten percent and $40 for KHS student organizations). All monies collected will go to cover the cost of the carnival and the remaining to the KHS Student Council Scholarship and Leadership Development Fund. Mark the items that you need for your booth. KHS will provide a table and 2 chairs for your booth, if you need them. There will be very limited access to electricity.
