5 days of boarding for the female are included in the studfee. I agree to accept an additional charge $30.00 boarding fee for each addtional day.

If the female does not give birth to two living puppies, the owner has to notify (email / text) the stud dog owner as soon as she has finished whelping.
A repeat stud service from the same male to the same female will be provided at no charge. Boarding fees apply for the repeat service each day the female is boarded.

Female owner releases Zbb K9 Team LLC from all liabilty for injuries to the female during mating/boarding process.

If the dog becomes ill or if the state of the dogs health otherwise requires professional attention, ZBB K9 Team LLC in its sole discretion, may engage the services of a veterinarian or administer medicine or give other necessary attention to the dog, and the expenses thereof is the responsibilty of the owner. All dogs are boarded, otherwise handled or cared for by ZBB K9 Team LLC without liability on its part for loss or damage from diseases, death, running away, theft, fire, injury to persons and other dogs or property by said dog, or of other unavoidable causes, with due diligence and care having been exercised. The terms of this agreement and disputes developing there under shall be enforced and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any legal proceedings or arbitrations hearings will be handled in Cochise County, Arizona. The undersigned certifies that he has read and understands the term and conditions of this contract.
