Space is limited to 300 students.
Please complete and submit this online VIP student pre-registration form to attend.
Student must be in a class from 7th to 12th grade. (Please bring student ID if available.)
Halloween costumes suggested, but not required.
No costume masks or hoods covering face will be permitted.
Registered names will be on the VIP list at the box office the night of the event. Students name will be checked off the list as they enter and a wrist ban will be provided.
Once the student is checked in they are not permitted to exit the building without parental supervision.
Parents are allowed to accompany their child at the event. Parents who wish to stay at the event are required to add their name to the parent section of this form. Bring proper ID
Adults are NOT permitted to attend without accompanying a student. (7th to 12th grade)
Parents are allowed to wear appropriate Halloween costume, no masks or hoods allowed.
A $10 parent / guardian entrance fee per adult is required and can be purchased at the Box office the night of the event. (fee includes party food and N/A beverage)
Parents are responsible for their child’s behavior. In the event there is a behavioral conflict, the parent will be notified and is required to pick up their child immediately.
Absolutely no smoking or alcohol is permitted at this event or anywhere on EEC property.
Parents must provide emergency contact information.
Parents must pick up their child no later than 9:30pm or before.
