Upon request, McGrew Properties or Tenant Data will provide the name and phone number of the source of the information used. Any deposits to hold a vacant property will be applied to the security deposit if the applicant is approved. If the applicant is not approved, deposits will be refunded. The security deposit will be forfeited if the applicant is approved and then chooses not to rent with McGrew Properties.
