◦ You will have up to 1 week before your order to make changes, after that, you can only add additional approved items.
•. ORDER CANCELLATION
If you have a change in plan(no less than the week of) and need to cancel the order, please contact Royalty Pastries LLC IMMEDIATELY. Your invested funds will not be refunded, but you will have 6 months to use the monies invested. If you cancel the week of the order, you will loose the deposit/payment(s) invested.

◦ PICK UP LOCATION
◦ Woodrow Hall located at 5504 1st Ave N., Birmingham 35212 during appointment time.
• Please adhere to the pick up rules that you receive via text. If you do not confirm a pick up time at least 2 days prior, you may not receive your order the day you need it and funds will not be refunded.
◦ Call/text when you have reached the building to be escorted in.
******NEVER just walk into the building because sometimes I have events going on.
◦ PICK UP TIME:
◦ Pick up time starts at 11am, but varies due to days that I have events. If you DO NOT schedule a pick up time (no later than 2 days prior to your event), your order will be worked into my day and it may not work well with your event so please schedule pick up time. Keep in mind, I may have an offsite event and may not return til late or the next day. In this case, if you do not schedule a time two days before, you may be subject to not getting your order til the next day. PLEASE DO NOT JUST SHOW UP 😊. Thank you in advance.
◦ GRACE PERIOD for Pick up
◦ There is a 15 minute grace period for order pick ups. This is for me as well as the client.
***15 minutes after your scheduled pick up time is an additional inconvenience charge of $1 per minute unless notified in advance of your late arrival.
****If I am more than 15 minutes behind getting your order to you, I will deduct $1 for each minute you had to wait.
