CASPA is organizing monthly Chick-Fil-A lunch days at Cathedral! This is the last chance to order for the 2020 school year!
Parents and staff can order student lunches that include one chicken sandwich, a bag of chips and a dessert for lunch on February 10, March 9, April 27, and May 11 for $6 each day. Drinks are not included. Please complete the following form and make sure to sign up each individual child or staff person. You may sign up for more than one lunch per person, if desired. Lunchbox cafeteria service will not be available this day.
Parents can also sponsor a teacher or staff member for a free lunch. What a great way to say thank you! Just add their meal to your total and note the person’s name.
The sign up deadline for the first half of the school year is Thursday, January 9th. Late orders will not be accepted.
Please scroll down to continue to the order form.
Payment
The preferred method of payment is PayPal. If you do not wish to use PayPal, please submit a check to the CASPA mailbox at school by Thursday, January 9th. Orders without payment will not be processed. Please ensure you receive a PayPal confirmation email to ensure payment has gone through.
There are no refunds for student absences/illness. Any payment will be considered a donation to CASPA.
Volunteer
Ever dreamed of wearing plastic gloves and handing out food? If so, volunteer opportunities abound at https://cathedral.classroomparent.com/schools/events
Allergies
Marjie Wasson has kindly offered to go to Wendy's to ensure that those children whose food allergies make CFA impossible can also have a special lunch. Please note this option is for those children with food allergies only and not for those who may simply have a preference for Wendy's over Chick Fil A. Any Wendy's order is not part of the CASPA fundraising process. Please contact her at mpwasson@yahoo.com to make arrangements.
If you have any questions, please contact Marjie at mpwasson@yahoo.com and Kate Shields at kate.a.shields@gmail.com
* Please note that Chick-Fil-A chicken is cooked in refined peanut oil. While this is not considered a major food allergen, for those individuals with a food allergy, we suggest you refer to Chick-Fil-A's allergy information on their website before ordering: https://www.chick-fil-a.com/Contact-Support#our_food.
