Equine Adoption Application

Thank you for considering a rescue equine as your new family member.

We require a completed adoption application, a meeting at Sixteen Hands Horse Sanctuary, and a home visit before approval.

Upon approval of the application, we will contact you to come out to meet the horse(s). After you have decided to adopt the horse of your choice, we will schedule and home/site visit. If approved, you will be able to take your horse(s) home. We can transport for an extra fee.

Since equines are gregarious and need companionship, you must already own at least one equine.

You must be at least 21 years of age to participate in our adoption program.
