Provided Item Release

10:9 Design LLC agrees to offer custom embellishment & decoration services on supplied items if the following is understood and accepted.

1. Garments produced by vendors that specialize in our industry understand the rigors that items go through for custom embellishment, and they manufacture items to withstand this rigor. Manufacturers of items not specifically intended for custom embellishment may not withstand the processes we put them through. It is likely that we have never dealt with your exact item and we have no way of knowing how they will react to the embellishment process.

2. While 10:9 Design LLC employs highly skilled personnel and uses top of the line equipment, the embellishment process is still a human process and humans do make mistakes.

Under no circumstance, whether the fault be human error or the embellishment process, will 10:9 Design LLC offer to compensate the client for items that are provided and damaged during the embellishment process. Items that we provide for embellishment are obtained at wholesale costs to our clients. We will not reimburse your retail cost for damaged goods. In the unlikely event that items are damaged while in our facility, 10:9 Design LLC will offer to refund the cost of the embellishment only. We will not pay to replace your items.

By signing this form, I hereby release 10:9 Design LLC from any and all financial liability for the items I have provided to them regardless of damage caused by either human or production errors.*
