Please know, the health of your natural hair is the most important thing to us! With that being said, it is not allowed to go to another stylist for hair color if we install your extensions. The exception is if I personally have a relationship with the stylist you've been seeing!

The reason for this is that most general cosmetologist DO NOT know how to wash, proper products to use or how to not damage the wefts when blowdrying! We have seen way too many bad things happen when going to another salon uneducated on care, which is a very expensive mistake.

Our studio requests that every extension guest come in for a face to face consultation prior to your appointment. We need to touch your hair for a full assessment if at all possible. Would you be willing to devote 45-60 minutes to discuss your hair and review your options with Mandy?*

FIRST TIME CLIENT-TIME EXPECTATIONS
Mandy has emersed herself in the highest education from Invisible Bead Extensions. Being the 1st stylsit certified in the method in the state of VA, as well as Earning the status of Master Technician & the first Elite Artist in VA! She also earned Top 3 in Master Cut & Style2021 at the IBE Awards out of 5000 other stylists! Please know the wait will be worth it when scheduling for this transformational experience.

**Scheduling a consultation can take 2-4 weeks depending on yours & Mandy's schedule.

**We custom order the hair per guest if we don't already have the perfect fit in stock, which typically takes between 1-3 weeks to arrive in studio. (Textured hair will take longer to arrive) Your application appointment is typically between 4-8 weeks from the consult based on if you need any other services (such as Color or Keratin) before your application.

**Overall, the process currently can take between 3-10 weeks to complete.
FINANCIAL EXPECTATIONS
This pricing includes Premium Hair that is 100% Remy Human Hair Extensions that is Ethically sourced from all over the world, Seamless Color of the Extensions, Application, a Blending Cut, Styling of Final Look, & 2 week follow up appointment if necessary!

Most 1st time clients can expect to invest anywhere between:
- *$900-$1550 for Volumizing (Thickening Up the Hair with minimual length added--Popular)
- *$1550-$2900 for Full Lengthening (Thickening Up the Hair with Added Length--Most Popular)
- *$2250-$3500+ for an Extra Full Thickness & Length. Your hair walks into the room before you do. Think Kardashian style.
**Prices are based on the average length of 18"or 22". Lengths shorter will price less & Lengths longer will price higher**

Aslo, these prices are based off Asian Hair. We now offer Slavic Hair & Wavy/Curly...These will also be an extra charge for being harder to source. We pride ourselves in using only Ethically Sourced Hair for Fair Wage.
**Please NOTE: Once we agree on the colors & the cost, there is a binding agreement we both sign that states there are NO REFUNDS. The 50% Non-Refundable Reservation Fee is just that, A Fee. I take time out of my schedule to match you and pull hair from inventory that will then be reordered to replace the hair we are using for your service. It is NOT a deposit! If you decide to cancel, you will not be given monies back. It can be used for other services or products within Mane & Grace. PLEASE Do Not Ask For a Discount! This is not to be mean, its to save a small business from going broke! If this is NOT agreeable we understand!*

Completing this form & submitting it is a must! DO NOT BOOK ANY APPOINTMENTS!!!! We will reach out to you. This may take 24-48hrs. If we review your form and feel this isn't the best fit, we will also contact you with those concerns.

Due to the limited appointment availability for consultations, there is a $50 Non-refundable reservation fee due at the in person meeting. If you decide to move forward with the service(s), the fee will be waived due to the fact 50% of the extension service is due the day of. If you choose to take the 30 days grace period to think about it, then the $50 will be due end of the appointment & applied to the future service or be forfited if no bookings are made at the end of the 30 days!
