5 BALLOONS LLC are not responsible for the safety or behaviors of guests at the client's event. Children must be supervised by an adult. CHOKING HAZARD: Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
The artist is only responsible for providing balloon twisting. The artist may deny services to persons who are aggressive, under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol or otherwise disruptive to the ambience of the surrounding area.
HYGIENE: The artist reserves the right to refuse service to someone who shows obvious signs of being sick such as coughing or runny nose.
All entertainers and performers have been adhering to all required guidelines and will not be held liable for any sickness experienced after the event. The artist will be wearing a face shield or facemask during the duration of the event. All supplies will be carefully sanitized before, during and after each guest. We are taking this very seriously for the safety of our performers, entertainers, and guests attending the party.
The artist's supplies may not be handled by guests of the event. If a guest misuses the artist's supplies, the client may be asked to replace the supplies.
5 BALLOONS LLC may use a line manager or assistant at their discretion at the event. A line manager is mostly responsible for assisting guests with choosing their designs and informing guests about our services. An assistant may be responsible for additional face painting or entertainment to help provide the best service possible art your event.
Please book artists accordingly. We may not be able to work additional hours if another event is booked after your event. If the artist stays additional hours at your event, payment is due in full at the end of the event.
By having your guests receive services from 5 BALLOONS LLC, you agree that all photographs taken during the event are released to 5 BALLOONS LLCand may be used in, but not limited to, marketing, brochures, Facebook, and website images. If there are persons who wish not to have photographs taken and used, please provide us these details in writing prior to the event.
Insurance: We carry Great American Alliance Liability insurance for your peace of mind.
Cancellations: $75 is non refundable retainer fee. Should you need to reschedule your event, please do so at least 7 days prior and we will make every effort to meet your needs.
Weather: For the comfort of your guests and our artists, the client is responsible to provide an alternate indoor location in the event of inclement weather.
The client agrees to pay the full amount contracted once the artist has arrived at the event location, even if it is raining.
Extreme Adverse Working Conditions: Artist has the right to cease twisting and leave without refunding any monies if there are extreme adverse working conditions and the client fails to remedy the situation after it has been brought
to the client’s attention.
Adverse conditions included but not limited to: destructive, violent, or extreme inappropriate behavior of a child, pet or adult; illegal activities; or otherwise dangerous weather conditions such as extreme heat/cold or lightning.
