AGREEMENT

This agreement is between {name},(hereafter known as "the Client", and The Royalty Group, LLC (hereafter known as Royalty Credit Solutions.) Royalty Credit Solutions agrees to provide you the following services upon receipt of this application and $50 the "first work fee".

1.Assist in ordering your personal credit reports from the three major credit bureaus, Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian.
2. Provide Client one-on-one credit counseling by a credit representative (You will be assigned your own Royalty Representative, who will personally handle all communications between yourself and the 3 major credit bureaus.)
3. Process Client Applications, disputes, verifications, & build data file.

In consideration of the above services I also agree to pay $89/month (2 weeks after the execution of this agreement). My agreement with Royalty Credit Solutions can be cancelled with no obligation at any time.

*FEES DO NOT APPLY TO CLIENTS ON OUR GOOD WILL PROGRAM.

***PLEASE BE AWARE: This is a MULTI-MONTH process. From our experience Royalty Credit Solutions recommends at least 6 months to get the best results. In the event your credit profile has been successfully cleared of any and all obsolete information before the 6 months, you can cancel without penalty.*****

During the agreement time, Royalty Credit Solutions will: fully assist in the process of removing incorrect, inaccurate, unverifiable information from your credit report that is not in compliance with the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Be advised that once we begin our disputing process you will receive correspondence from the credit bureau, which you must forward us all mailings (It is the most important part of this process and we must receive everything in a timely manner). Although we make no guarantees, Royalty Credit Solutions will diligently work on your behalf to better your credit score with the three major credit bureaus.. ***2 weeks after your start date your monthly subscription will be billed at $89/month. This is a 6-month program, and it may be cancelled at any time. After six months, you the client will have a chance to renew at the current rate or scale down to our lower maintenance rate.
I HEREBY AGREE THAT I HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED ALL THE TERMS LISTED ABOVE.

Limited Power of Attorney

I hereby grant a limited power of attorney to the Royalty Group, LLC also known as "Royalty Credit Solutions", and any and all their staff, whonshall have the necessary power and authority to undertake and perform the following on my behalf.

I authorize Royalty Credit Solutions, to obtain my credit report as many times as necessary, prepare, transmit and sign all necessary documents for the purpose of challenging and ascertaining account information of all consumer reporting agencies and creditors.
