Use this form to submit a request for Thema Azize Serwa to be present at your next upcoming event. To confirm Thema for events there is a retainer fee in addition to any necessary traveling, lodging, and food costs.

If you are a Certified Womb Sauna Practitioner, the retainer fee is waived, but all traveling, lodging, and food costs must be paid.

Once your request is approved, to have the dates added to her calendar, the retainer fee must be paid first and you will receive an invoice for that fee. The retainer fees are non-refundable.
