To All Potential Candidates for the R3 Program

· There are several subcontractor companies on the R3 team.

· All Subcontractor companies are required to post this completed R3 LOI when posting a candidate for consideration for work on the R3 program.

· You may sign R3 LOIs with more than one Subcontractor company.

· R3 staff members are expected to commit to at least 24 months working in the same position.
